Hatha Flow Yoga is a great way to release tension; ease stress; build strength and flexibility; promote recovery and prevent injuries; develop more elasticity in your muscles; use and awaken muscles you never knew existed; get acquainted with your body; and feel more relaxed and at ease in a safe, supportive environment.

In each class, we’ll explore steadily flowing through and holding yoga asanas (poses), with a focus on moving with the breath and healthy biomechanics. Prepare to move, breath deeper, play your edge, feel stronger and more open in the body and mind, and leave class relaxed and invigorated.

All levels are welcome, as modifications will be offered.
